The Richmond Area Arts Council provides year round art based educational programming for residents of all ages. With a rotating calendar, the arts council strives to provide programs that engage the community and promote an understanding and appreication of visual and performing art. Current programs include the Madison Community Chorus, Madison Youth Chorus, and Fun With the Arts. |
