Summer Concert Series.jpg) Gather at the Gazebo as the Richmond Area Arts Council in partnership with the City of Richmond present an annual Summer Concert Series featuring regional performers. Performances are every Tuesday in June and July at 7:00 pm in Irvine McDowell Park located on Lancaster Avenue. In case of rain, performances will be held at 7:30 at the Richmond Area Arts Council located on the corner of Lancaster Ave. and Water Street.. Attendance is free of charge. Families are encouraged to bring a blanket and picnic basket. Ideal for families with small children, the concert gazebo is located next to the playground for families who want to enjoy the music while their children run and play.
