 Throughout the past year, the Richmond Area Arts Council and photographer Tim Webb have captured the faces of Madison County. Supported by ATT and the Kentucky Arts Council, this year long project will result in a selection of images which was unveiled July 24, 2009 during the Reflections Celebration at the Giles Art Gallery located on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University.
