The Richmond Area Arts Council (RAAC) supports the cultural development of the city of Richmond, KY by advocating for and creating the highest quality artistic and educational opportunities for residents and visitors. The RAAC is growing to meet the increasing artistic desire of our community.

Plans are underway to build an Arts Annex to expand arts education programming, offer increasingly diverse performances, and making available more rental facilities.
