Deposits are due at the time of registration. Enrollment in FWTA after-school arts classes is limited. In exchange for RAAC reserving a space for your child the entire semester’s cost is due to RAAC regardless of whether your child attends any or all of the classes or chooses to withdraw prior to the end of the semester for any reason.
All "Fun with the Arts" Fall tuition payments must be received by December 15, 2010. Payments are due by September 15th, October 15th, and November 15th.
All "Fun with the Arts" Spring tuition payments must be received by April 15, 2011. Payments are due by January 15th, February 15th, and March 15th.
A late fee will be added to any past due accounts. Accounts will be considered past due at the end of the each month.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships are needs-based. Applications for scholarships are due by Monday August 16, 2010 for the fall semester and December 16, 2010 for the spring semester.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payments can be made monthly or payment in full - payment in full at time of registration receives an additional 3% discount to full tuition cost. Siblings receive an additional 5% discount to the full tuition cost.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, and Cash for payment of tuition. Monthly payment notices will be sent via email using Google Checkout. You may use Google Checkout to pay your tuition.
Fall 2010 Fun With the Arts Registration Form
The Parental Release Form must be completed and returned to the Richmond Area Arts Council as soon as possible. This form contains vital contact informaton, transportation permission, and medical information needed by the teachers and arts education coordinator. This information is kept in a secure location at the Richmond Area Arts Council and teachers are notified of important information pertaining to their students. Attendance is taken at the beginning of each class and parents are notified if their child is absent. You may call the Richmond Area Arts Council at 859-624-4242 in advance if you know your child will be absent. The staff will notify the teacher or teacher's aide if notification is received before 2:45pm.
